Since we are only staffed by appointment only, we recommend that you book. At times we can take walk-ins, but there is no guarantee that the preferred room is available at that time. We recommend you select the room you are most interested in by theme or group size and visit our to see availability. You can also call for custom times or last minute bookings.
Pricing is per person. Standard rates are $25 per person, but we often offer and list discount codes. We offer private and corporate booking rates too. For more details, plese visit our pricing page.
As an individual, you can join a room and participate with others who have booked. Escape rooms are challenging and not meant to be done successfully alone. The more people in the group, the higher chances of success.
Depending on the bookings, you may be in a room with other groups. This increases your chances of completing the room as each individual brings their own thought process. There aren't any akward get to know a stranger moments as once you're in the room, the game has begun and there's something for everyone to do.
Yes and no. Participants are in a closed room and are asked not to leave unless there's an emergency. We ask that participants use the bathroom ahead of time. Our staff also uses cameras and intercoms to watch and communicate so if someone were to need to leave, we could arrange for that.
All personal belongings, including mobile phones, are stored in our lockers. Phones or other devices are not allowed to be brought in as participants must only rely on their brains to solve the clues.
Yes and no. You have some options to try and finish off a room. If you surpassed the 60% mark of completing a room, we do not recommend booking the same room again.
No. The escape rooms feel comfortable and have every day belongings. It is not a haunted house. Some rooms may have some creepy decor, but generally it is a brainy and fun experience. For the most part, if you are comfortable riding in an elevator with a few people for a few minutes, you should have no problem being in an escape room fo 60 minutes. Any rooms that are extra small, dark or require participants to enter small spaces are explicitly noted so there are no surprises. However, people with heart conditions, anxiety disorders, PTSD, light/sound sensitivity or pregnant women might choose to refrain from participating due to the stress that may occur from attempting to win the game by escaping.
Yes, if you'd like to have an escape room entirely for your group, you can select the check box "Private Event": Book Entire Game here or contact us at 520-222-7395 to coordinate additional times.
Yes, children over the age of 12 are welcome anytime, but must be accompanied by an adult. If you would like to do a family event to include younger children or all children event, you can use our private bookings system here or book an entire room. We also can do Kids Only escape rooms with modified versions of our themes which are great for school groups, youth groups, or kids birthday parties. Parents or guardians are welcome to watch outside via video monitoring.
